 Where is White Shore Swim designed and made?

We print our beautiful fabrics and hand make our swimwear in Miami!!

I placed an order and didn't get a confirmation?

Confirmation emails are sent within minutes of placing your order (check spam)

How can I track my order?

Shipping emails are sent within 1-3 business days, once we ship an order we send an email with a tracking number ! (check spam)

What is your return/exchange policy?

While we hope that you love your swimwear, if for any reason you're not satisfied with your purchase we will gladly provide either an exchange or a refund (merchandise has to be unworn/unwashed with the hygienic liners/tags still attached) within 10 days of the delivery date. Items on sale and customized are final and not eligible for a return.

Please note any damaged/worn merchandise won't be accepted. It is Whiteshoreswim's discretion to determine if the returned suit is eligible for a return/refund.

How do I take care of my White Shore Swim?

When washing, hand wash separately with cold water Do Not use hot water and dry in shade. Never machine wash. Always wash immediately after using in a heavily chlorinated pool.
